By God's will, that work led to billion-dollar companies. It led to a PBS spot for CT Hospice. It led to helping Breakstone White & Gluck build the storytelling videos that helped win a $10.2 million case.
But success brought a hard truth.
The videos were great. The results weren't always getting used.
